Returns Policy
All sales are considered final on ALL electronics.
It is at the discretion of our staff to determine if a return will be accepted, defective or items damaged during shipping may be returned in exchange for another.
Items that show obvious signs of negligence or intentional damage are not return-able and will be returned to sender in same condition.
Items ordered incorrectly are not return-able, it is the consumers responsibility to research products, ordering the 'wrong' item is not our problem.
After 30 days, the item can only be exchanged or replaced if it is covered by the manufacturers warranty, in most cases being returned directly to manufacturer.
Original shipping costs at time of purchase are not refundable once the item has been shipped. Return shipments are not refundable (except for items that are damaged upon arrival).
Products that are not returnable include: Standalone DVR units, software, monitors and computer systems, cameras, stun guns, tasers, surveillance gear, recording devices, hidden cameras and any other electronic component unless it was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability
